Belgium
The Kingdom of Belgium may be one of the most underrated countries in Western Europe. The country is an unlikely creation divided between the Flemish north and the Wallonian south. It is often said that the Belgian monarchy and the national football team are the only things that hold this kingdom together. Partly because of this internal division, this little kingdom manages to carve out of its path and cement itself as the political center of the European Union. Politics aside, Belgium is most famous for its cultural culinary heritage today. From world-famous waffles fine chocolate, to moules-frites, Belgium is the ultimate foodie heaven we have long dreamed of.
